 All natural vermouth from the Leisure Wine team!

Made with Sangiovese grapes purchased from Puglia, this is a medium sweet Vermouth. The base wine was fortified with wheat spirit and then the following botanicals were added; Orange, Lemon & Grapefruit peel, Ginseng, Ginger, Wormwood, Made, Liquorice, Elderflower, Lemon Verbena, Burdock, Galangal, Bay Leaf, Lemon Grass and Galangal.

Only 200 bottles produced.

 Notes on the Winemaker:  Leisure Wine is the project of 2 friends passionate about natural wine who simply wanted to have a go themselves. They didn't let the lack of a vineyard get in their way and have been able to source high quality fruit from the UK and Italy so far. They now have a permanent winery on the Old Kent Road which bodes well. We hope it's the start of a long and tasty journey!
