Winemaking: Grapes grown on calcarious clay soils and then hand harvested. 1 week maceration before fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks. No filtration, fining or added sulphur.
This Wine: A easy drinking and approachable orange wine, still quite bright in colour. Juicy but aromatic, low in tannin.
Notes on the Winemaker: Ramon Jané is one half of the esteemed Cava house Mas Candí but this wine comes from his solo project that he started in 2019 which promises some of the most exciting natural wines of Europe.
