Winemaking: Hand harvested, biodynamic grapes (uncertified). The Sauvignon and Semillon juice spends 2 weeks on the skins before fermenting separately (Sauvignon in old oak, Semillon in stainless steel). Small amount of Gewurtztraminer blended after fermentation. No filtration or fining. Tiny amount of sulphur on bottling.
This Wine: A skin contact (orange) wine absolutely brimming with energy. Citrus and tropical fruit with some floral notes from the Gewurtztraminer. Perfect for a sunny day.
